These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Manis888 ("the Company", "we", "us", "manis888"), governing all access to and use of the manis888 website located at https://manis888.cam and all associated services, products, games, promotions, and features offered thereon (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

To register and maintain an account on the manis888 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Providing false information regarding your age constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

• You must be the legal owner of the payment account(s) used to fund your manis888 Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be acting under self-exclusion, cooling-off, or any other responsible gambling restriction voluntarily or mandatorily imposed.

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) active account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonus credits therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to promptly update any such information should it change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Manis888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Manis888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request, or at any other time at its sole discretion. Accepted KYC documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

Manis888 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as selected cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether USDT (TRC20). Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Refer to the deposit section of the Platform for current minimum and maximum limits.
• The Company does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which manis888 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to accounts promptly upon successful processing. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations, which typically takes 5–60 minutes depending on network conditions.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. The Company reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative methods where circumstances require.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC prior to submitting a withdrawal request will be required to do so before the withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are only permitted from real-money funds. Bonus credits are not directly withdrawable. Any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the applicable wagering requirements set out in Section 6 before they may be withdrawn.

Manis888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, esports bonuses, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., a 35x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 3,500 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is triggered). Game contribution rates vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the offer terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each offer. Expired bonus credits and any associated pending winnings will be forfeited without compensation.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are offered at the Company's sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion without providing a reason.

Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with all applicable game rules prior to participation. In the event of a conflict between any game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay matters.

• All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Manis888 does not accept requests to cancel or void wagers after confirmation, except where a technical malfunction has materially affected the outcome of a game or bet.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that disrupts game integrity, the Company reserves the right to declare the affected bets void and return the corresponding stake amounts to Players' accounts.
• All slot games on the Platform operate using certified random number generators (RNG) with independently verified return-to-player (RTP) percentages. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

• Sports betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the manis888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or personal details in connection with any Platform activity;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime in connection with the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Attempting to interfere with the security, functionality, or integrity of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward Company staff or other Platform users.

Manis888 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect criminal activity, it may freeze affected accounts and disclose relevant information to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player concerned.

Manis888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player is suspected of or has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct;
• The Company is required to do so pursuant to applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order;
• The Player has failed to satisfy KYC requirements within the Company's stipulated timeframe;
• The Player's account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by the Company's dormant account policy;
• The Company determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team at any time. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification, subject to any applicable deductions or pending transaction resolutions. Bonus credits are forfeited upon account closure.

All content on the manis888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software code, user interface designs, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by law, the Company's aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their manis888 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by manis888 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes but is not limited to registration information, KYC documents, transaction history, device and browser data, and communication records. This data is used to operate the Platform, verify player identity, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services.

The Company commits to engaging in good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties may agree to pursue alternative dispute resolution mechanisms including mediation or binding arbitration, as agreed in writing between the parties.

Nothing in this clause shall limit either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
